Inspired by the ancient wisdom of the land, the spirit of communities, and the natural rhythms of the Earth, we explore places and stories that celebrate regeneration — of soil, soul, and society.

Through mindful travel experiences (yatras), gatherings, and storytelling, we weave new relationships across cultures, nature, and ourselves.

Watsumugi Journey is not just about arriving at a destination — it’s about how we walk, what we weave along the way, and how we return home transformed.

急ぎすぎるこの世界の中で、わつむぎの旅は、ゆっくりと歩むもうひとつの道をひらきます。
一歩一歩を、いのちとつながるために。

土地の叡智、コミュニティの営み、大地のリズムに導かれながら、私たちは「再生」ーSoil 土・Soul たましい・Society 社会ーの物語をめぐります。

聖なる巡礼のように、さまざまな学びと気づきを通じて文化、自然、そして自分自身との新たなつながりを紡いでいきます。

わつむぎの旅は、目的地にたどり着くことではなく、どんな歩みをし、どんな縁（えにし）を紡いでいくか、そしてどんな自分に還ってくるか — その道のりを大切にしています。

about the founder 運営者について

Romy | 岩瀬宏美（ロミー）

1980年東京生まれ。横浜・ニューヨーク育ち。上智大学法学部国際関係法学科卒。

幼少期から音楽、演劇、ダンスといった舞台芸術に惹かれ、幅広い経験を積む。20代よりナレーター・ベリーダンサー＆講師としての活動を開始。

2016年、鎌倉への移住を機に自然と調和したスローライフにシフト。2019年から社会変革に目を向け、カフェでのごみ削減活動を行うボランティア団体Bring me Shonanのメンバーに。

また、東京アーバンパーマカルチャー創設者のソーヤー海とともにパーマカルチャー、ギフトエコノミー、非暴力コミュニケーション、マインドフルネス等の普及に取り組む。

15年の結婚生活を経て2020年に離婚。2023年末に家を手放し、2024年春にはNGOピースボートの地球一周クルーズにスタッフとして乗船。

その後もインドネシアやインドを旅し、現在はバリ島を主な拠点にしながら「Celebration of Life 〜いのちの祝福〜」を軸に活動を続けている。

人と社会と自然が共繁栄するリジェネラティブなあり方を追求する、一般社団法人Earth Companyのマーケティング担当。Ecoversities Allianceの一員として、世界各地でのフィールドワークやラーニングジャーニーを企画するオーガナイザー。
